A recent edition of the TV programme "Ruth Watson's Hotel Rescue" put the spotlight on Luton's newest hotel venture, the Icon Hotel on Stuart Street.
Channel 4's description of the programme starts "Franco and his wife Lefi have taken on a mammoth project transforming two office blocks into a 70 bedroom hotel. But as deadlines are missed, and debts mount..."
