Hello, I'm Martin Howes.
I've been running my business in Luton since 1991. My line of business is software development and IT consultancy. My company is called Springwater Software Ltd.
From 2003 to 2007 I was a councillor on Luton Borough Council. I am Chair of Luton Liberal Democrats for the year 2008. This is not intended to be a political blog, although I will sometimes express my personal opinion!
